How to use a tent sauna

⚠️Please do not remove the key from the tent sauna without permission, as the staff will keep the key.

1 Prepare firewood

Assemble the square timbers so that they form a triangle. Place the igniter between the square timbers in two places.

Light the igniter.

If the fire is weak, add an igniter.

2 Wait for the temperature to rise

Tent saunas are not as hot as private saunas.

A good rule of thumb is to wait until the temperature is about 50°C (122°F).

⚠️Carbon monoxide is detected and the alarm will sound. If you leave the door for storing firewood open and air is supplied, the door should be closed as even a small amount of detection will cause the alarm to sound. Air should be supplied through the small window below the door for storing firewood.

If the alarm sounds, please ventilate the room.

3 Pour water over the sauna stone

Once the temperature is sufficiently high, pour water on the sauna stone. Pouring water on the sauna stone as needed will increase the humidity. As the humidity increases, the sensory temperature will also increase and you will be able to sweat more thoroughly, so use the sauna stone when you want to increase sweating.
